Many businesses invest time and money into business management software that quite simply does not work for their personal situation. Purchasing business software without adequate initial analysis can lead to a long-term investment in something that contributes little or nothing to overall operations.

Robinson added, “this is a much more effective means of combating problems than assuming that business software will offer a magical solution.”
