Can I work from a remote location eg. at home or an airport?

Insight is fully accessible from a remote location. If you have a hosted cloud based solution then you will already be configured to work anywhere. Should you have a server running from your business premises all you have to do is install a VPN device to secure the connection and you are good to go.

How do I install, deploy and run Insight?

With Insight you have a choice. You may install it on your own server, run Insight on a server appliance supplied by Arquila or you can have Insight deployed on a hosted cloud environment. With all three options you are able to migrate to another deployment method without losing any data or configuration.

Is Insight a single user or a multi user system?

Both. Insight can be effectively used from 1 single user to thousands of users. You can deploy the same Insight system across multiple branches in multiple countries or run a single server or access Insight on-line for a small business.

What are the minimum system requirements to access and run Insight?

As Insight is accessed through your web browser any device or computer that has Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari or Google Chrome can access Insight. We support most mobile devices including the AppleiPhone and Google Android.

Am I able to transfer data from my existing systems into Insight?

Insight can import from various different systems. The easiest way to import your data into Insight is to export your existing system's data into excel and then use the Insight Excel Importer. How long will it take for my Insight system to be up and running?

Your Insight system can be up and running in seconds. If you choose to have Insight setup on your own server then it takes about 1 hour to install.

How do I submit information to my book keeper or accountant?

You have a few options available to you. You can give your book keeper or accountant a user account on your Insight system to allow direct access to your companies financial reports and data. Should you not wish to give direct access then you can use the 'export to excel' functionality on Insight to create spreadsheets of all your accounting data for handing over to your book keeper or accountant.

Can I rent an Insight system?

If you opt for our cloud hosted solution then you can rent Insight on a per user basis. If you have Insight installed at your office premises on either your own server or an Insight server appliance then the license needs to be bought outright. We do however, have various payment options available to spread the cost of the license over a period of months.

Can I access Insight from my mobile device or tablet?

Yes, all our systems either hosted by us or on your own server in your office can be accessed by a mobile device or tablet.

Are all your clients on one website?

No, your insight system is a totally independent installation. We can host a server for you, this is the way that we offer the trial. These hosted systems are independent and secure. You can move your Insight system from a hosted (web access) system to a office based server with ease.
